The Rehoboth Art League hosted a memorial garden dedication May 12, in memory of the late Nancy Martin, who was a Rehoboth Beach community activist and founder of the Delmarva Piano Festival. She was also the founder of Save Our City, a citizens' action group dedicated to the preservation of Rehoboth's small-town character.
