THE REHOBOTH BEACH PLANNING COMMISSION unanimously approved a partitioning for the 21 Queen St. property.
The lot will be partitioned into two 5,005 square foot lots, and attorney James Fuqua, representing owner CFRE Holdings I LLC, said the intent is to put two houses on the property.
The house that was on the property has already been demolished, and the lot meets tree protection standards. Fuqua said the building layout was changed in an effort to preserve more trees.
